MozzaRisella Medium Hard is a delicious medium-hard vegan cheese alternative made from BioSuRice, 100% whole Italian rice germinated with Dolomitian spring water.

Artisan-made using premium selected vegan ingredients only. It’s GMO-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, soy-free due to the total absence of these allergens in the factory. It’s also cholesterol-free due to not containing any animal processed ingredients and is produced in a dedicated plant where only plant-based products are produced.

Vegan medium-hard cheese (caciotta style), great taste, and pleasant texture.  Perfect in cold and hot dishes and great on vegan cheeseboards! Certificated Organic.
